$20 an hour + TIPS (average a total of $28-31 an hour)
We are seeking a responsible, skilled and experienced cook who desires to grow and learn, who is curious, and who wants to improve their craft. Having pizza experience is a big plus. Please read the whole ad before applying.
We need someone to work Wednesday through Sunday. You must be able to work weekends.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with working in a scratch kitchen. You must have:
* At least 2+ years experience cooking professionally in a scratch kitchen
* Terrific knife skills
* Reliability
* Calm under pressure (we are extremely busy)
* A great palate
* A solid work ethic
* And a desire to learn even more
You must be able to work nights and weekends.

BEERTENDER
Blind Lady Ale House is seeking an experienced and outgoing Beertender to join our small team. THIS IS A RARE OPPORTUNITY! We are losing a beertender who’s been with us for years and need someone who can fill some pretty big shoes behind our bar. We are seeking someone who knows about beer, beer styles and breweries and who is genuinely excited about the world of beer. Someone who can talk customers through Belgian styles, hops profiles, barleywines, imperial stouts, lagers, and beyond.
You MUST be able to work weekends and evenings. FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY NIGHTS ARE A MUST. You must have experience working with the public and in restaurants. We are seeking a Team player, someone who is very outgoing, friendly and well-spoken who can also speak eloquently about food.
Things you MUST have:
* Someone exceedingly familiar with the Beer scene in San Diego
* Someone well versed in food!
* A solid wine knowledge is also a must.
